Curriculum Overview
Kanuikapono offers two project-based
curriculum
programs whichuse indigineous teaching methods that apply academic learning
in the mountains, rivers, beaches, reefs, taro patches, agricultural farms etc.
Our program curriculum is set on a 3 year rotation since
our classrooms combine multi-age/grades into one group.
The Honua Program is intended for students in the 4th, 5th & 6th grades.
